News: The company has informed that the Board of Directors has accorded its approval for issuance of Mudaraba Subordinated Bond (5th Issue) for Tk. 600,00,00,000.00 (Taka six hundred crore only) as a process of inclusion in Tier-II capital as "Subordinated debt", for a period of 7 (seven) years through private placement subject to the approval of the Regulatory Authorities and compliance of all formalities in this respect.
